In partnership with some of today’s most exciting chefs including Phil Howard; Kenny Atkinson; Mike Bates; Andrew Fairlie and Adam Byatt, Le Cordon Bleu will take to each of the four main regions in the UK
in search of the country’s most passionate aspiring chef.
The UK Scholarship winner will be awarded a place on the coveted Diplôme de Cuisine followed by a three month Diploma in Culinary Management.
While undertaking 12 months of study at the world renowned culinary school,
the winner will enjoy luxury accommodation courtesy of urbanest.
To complete this outstanding prize, the winner will also carry out an internship under the guidance of esteemed chef Phil Howard at The Square, London.
This is truly a once in a lifetime prize worth in excess of £35,000.
Le Cordon Bleu UK Scholarship is open to everyone who is lawfully resident in United Kingdom. You need to be at least 18 years old and make sure you read and understand our terms and conditions before applying.
Prepare a short but engaging video to illustrate why you are the most enthusiastic budding chef / restaurant owner in the UK. We are looking for someone who can capture the attention of the nation, someone who is not only passionate about cooking and food, but also about their particular region.

Submit your application (video and application form) to Le Cordon Bleu before 23h59 on 22ndMarch 2015.
The successful applicants will be contacted towards the end of March to participate in the regional semi-finals which will take place across the country at the following locations:
The Grand Final will be hosted at Le Cordon Bleu London at the end of June 2015.
