“Since completing Le Grand Diplôme® I have gained invaluable experience at many places, including Tom Aikens' restaurant in Chelsea and Raymond Blanc's two Michelin star restaurant, Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. I have worked as a chalet chef in the Alps, as well as being a private chef for dinner parties and events. I have accumulated an abundance of knowledge and skills that will be invaluable to me for the rest of my life and I would have not been able to do any of this without the training that Le Cordon Bleu gave me. I cannot believe how much I have achieved in just over a year and I feel honoured to be able to say I went to Le Cordon Bleu.”
